Yes. Classes are live online, so students need their own laptop and a stable internet connection. No special software or tools are required — we teach over Google Meet, and the class link is sent after enrolment.
Not at all. Our programs are designed for complete beginners, and our instructors tier every activity so more experienced students are challenged too. Curiosity is the only prerequisite.
We keep classes small so every student gets real attention and support — our Premium Small Group classes have 8 to 10 students.
Safety is central to everything we do. Our instructors follow child-safety best practice and hold the appropriate checks to work with students. We also teach responsible AI from the first session — how to use these tools safely, honestly and thoughtfully, including online safety and understanding AI's limits.

- Within 7 days, or once the level has started — we'll move you to a later intake, or credit the lessons you haven't used.
- If we cancel or reschedule — a full refund, with nothing deducted.
Places are limited, so a late cancellation is a seat we usually can't fill — that's the reason for the notice period. Get in touch and we'll sort it out with you.
